RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We want to ensure that your experience with our wine is as exceptional as the wine We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. If there has been any damage during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the wine. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

Please send an email to Julie@juliettawinery.com or call our tasting room at 916-270-9170 for return instructions. Julietta Winery cannot be held liable for any damage to orders shipped to an address where there is no legal-aged person available to sign for the package.

A $25 return fee will be applied to all canceled orders and to all shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive package on 3 delivery attempts.
